About myself
Commercial real estate portfolio manager for DC area community bank. I underwrite new commercial deals (retail, multifamily, industrial, self storage, residential development, etc) and manage a portfolio of existing loans. I have been investing in residential real estate since 2006 and currently own 15 rental units, mostly student housing. I have syndicated one multifamily property acquisition in Northern Virginia, where I was a part owner and the asset manager for the project. in 2020, I completed Masters in Real Estate at Georgetown University. The program covered all facets of commercial real estate, from development to leasing to investment sales. I also maintain a Virginia real estate broker's license.
