Hello, my name is Matheus Lauer (Mat) and I am a buy and hold investor. I am interested in buying small multi-family homes in the state of Florida, more specifically in central and south Florida. In addition to being an investor, I am an architect with an extensive curriculum in national and international health and design projects, with some of my projects recognized by the AIA - American Institute of Architects and by the HCD - Healthcare Design Conference. Real estate goals: My goal is to acquire a multi-family house per year (buy and hold, house racking), Fix & Flip a single-family house for the semester and increase from there.
