First and foremost I am a world traveler. Sailing is in my blood and Scuba is in my heart. I have been to quite a few different countries mostly threw the South Pacific by means of a Sail Boat. I have been working as a CA Licensed Electrician for many years now and have been reading up on different forms of investing since the dawn of time. Currently I only have investments in the stock market at this time. Real estate investing has always caught my eye but have never had the resources or knowledge I felt I needed to make the first step. Maybe I am just weary to spend the hard earned money I have made in construction over the years. Gambling has never been my thing! So yes I am newbie to Real Estate Investing. I am hear to network with new people and hopefully find my way in as a Real Estate Investor and slowly get my life back from this 9 to 5 lifestyle. Lets talk maybe even go for a sail.
