I’m hoping to connect with others in the Atlanta Area who are experienced at, currently working towards, or interested in Rental Properties. I have experience calling soliciting bids from subcontractors, leveling bids from multiple subcontractors, and work in construction. I’m lacking field experience, residential construction experience, and real estate experience in general. I’ve followed BiggerPocket for years and I’m always interested in having a conversation about how we could help each other. I’m 23 and work as an Estimator at a large General Contractor in Atlanta, GA. I recently graduated from the University of Georgia with an Electrical Engineering Degree.
