Matthew Berry

I am in my early thirties and from East Texas. We own a construction business. I have a wonderful wife of 8 years and 2 boys. 2 and 4 years old. Experience: We own a construction business in which we primarily build custom homes. We also have a rental section that has 38 doors currently. My wife does all the property management for that business. Most of which we have built new. Been in the business for about 15 years. Real Estate Goals: Ultimately to own around 100 doors and do just our own property management. Currently Seeking: We are always just seeking information regarding anything to do with rentals and also tax information. Also, hope to be able to pass on any information we have.
