Hi, After being an investment banker and consultant, I have spent the last several years as a hotel management company executive/consultant. And for the last few years have been working remotely mostly in LATAM. Now I am trying to achieve a few objectives that bring me to Bigger Pockets... 1) Start acquiring investment properties to rent out both in LATAM and the U.S. 2) Looking to raise capital for various LATAM real estate projects that I have access due to my time in the region 3) Consult to people looking to invest in LATAM in general and hotels more specifically I have lived in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Paraguay providing me with good insights into these countries.
