Matt Friedman

I am interested in becoming a real estate investor. Until recently my investments have been largely contained to equity and bond investing and I have been interested in real estate investing for years as a way of diversifying and introducing a greater level of control over my investment where risks can be mitigated. My experience to date is limited to renting out my former primary residence which I opted not to sell when moving to a new area. I desire to understand more about the opportunities and pitfalls in real estate investing in order to drive higher returns and expand my reach.
