Currently, I run entrepreneurship programs at the University of Michigan. I also do some consulting and work in and with startups. Over the years, my interest in getting involved in real estate has continued to grow. I'm attracted to the idea of figuring out how to make deals happen. Now it's time for me to start getting involved. Experience: I'm new. I'm actively trying to learn and get started. Real Estate Goals: My goals are still shaping up. I'm inclined toward buy and hold rentals, particularly multi-family properties. My wife, who has design skills, likes the idea of flips more. Currently Seeking: More than anything, I'm looking to learn from more experienced REI professionals. I hope that will lead to investment opportunities through an ability to identify properties and investors.
