About myself
Just getting started in real estate (April 2022). Started with a mid-range single family home in Cedar Valley. Looking to 'stack' into multi-family with a goal of 70 units in Cedar Valley by 2027. I'm an engineer specializing in HVAC system operation for commercial and industrial buildings -- I like spreadsheets a bit too much. ;)
