Conducted a great variety of real estate transactions including: subject to purchase, sold via lease option and with owner financing, part of new construction partnership, commercial strip center partnership, straight option, acquired mineral rights with raw land, subdivided land, major rehabs, foreclosed on myself as trustee of land trust to clean title, made synthetic high interest loans via options with repurchase agreement, landlord including eviction and having to obtain writ of possession, acquired via short sale, wholesale transactions as buyer and seller, loaned money to hard money lenders.
