Matthew Cook

I am always looking for a challenge, creatively, with hobbies, and in life in general. I have an ambitious 6 yr. old daughter, a 2 yr. old full of life's curiosity, and an amazing wife that is my world. I love to travel, run triathlons, and create beautifully crafted, fun, creatively breathtaking pieces of animation and design, build new worlds, and tell great stories, This makes me happy in life! I am a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, Creative and Design Director, and Film-maker with 12+ years experience. I just began my foray into RE investing through a house hack. My family bought a home that we live comfortably on the main two floors, and I rent the 1300 sqft 2/1 walk-out basement. I plan on moving further into investing in the coming years with a very big interest in the Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio areas.
