Written Real Estate Goals: I will finish "Real Estate Finance and Investments" by William Brueggeman by 7:00pm on September 2nd, 2018. I will review the book at least once by January 18th, 2019. (Start of new semester) I will have joined Marcus and Millichap by 5:00pm on August 1st, 2020. I will have completed $10m of RE transactions by January 20th, 2021. I will have a Real Estate land development project worth $220 million by 5:00pm on December 31st, 2027. I will own 150 units of multifamily rental property by my retirement in 2060. These are huge dreams, I know. But as Robert F. Kennedy says, "Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly." Every experience is a learning one.
