Real estate investor. Currently own short-term and long-term rental properties. Long-term goal is to build 6-figures in cash flow within the next 10 years. Primarily focused on out-of-state investing (South and Mid-West) but open to opportunities in New England as they present themselves. Enjoy reading, listening to podcasts and generally absorbing as much information about real estate as I can.
