I’m a 19yo investor getting into the commercial rental space (5+ unit apartments) mostly on the value add side. I enjoy finding the deal, running the numbers and connecting with people. So far I’ve worked on, purchasing a portfolio of 23 SFRs (I know, not commercial) and syndicating a 36 unit apartment in need of a total rehab. These deals, although not finished, have been a HUGE learning experience and a fantastic start to a very fruitful investment career.
