Rental Property Investor
Hello, my name is Matthew Hornsby. I am a medically retired Marine, investor and commercial pilot. I recently sold my 16 rental properties in North Carolina and relocated to Florida to be near family. I am currently investing in central Florida, Marion County, Sumter, Lake and Citrus counties mostly. I am actively looking for residential properties for flips and for rentals. I am also looking to build long term relationships with any wholesalers in the area. I am a licensed Realtor in North Carolina, though I am not active as an agent. Feel free to say hello.
