Matthew Johnson

I'm 32 years old. I'm married with a new born and a toddler so life is great, but not filled with an abundance of spare time. I love Biggerpockets podcast and I'm seeking any and all advice from those with more experience than myself. I recently bought my first rental property and would like to stay on that "buy and hold" path, but I know there is so much more to learn. Also, I've begun to concentrate my thoughts on multi family properties and/or small apartment complexes over single family.
