About myself
I started investing in December of 2013 with a partner. Since that time we have built a portfolio of around 26 properties mostly through buy-and-hold single family rentals. Our strategy has primarily been to buy and renovate long term holds, flipping as needed. In 2022 I purchased my first Airbnb in the mountains.
