Matthew Martin

I am new to Real Estate and I started my journey into learning about it since October of 2022. I am working in the Middle East as a Contract Medic and I will be finishing up in May 2023. I have taken 3 Real Estate Self-Paced courses online with a local college. They were very helpful. I have also been involved with watching many BP podcasts, utilizing their webinars and calculators, and posting on their forums. I have read more books in the last couple months than I have since I could read. My favorite books include Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, and How to Invest in Real Estate. My goals for Real Estate include Wholesaling, Fix and Flip, BRRRR, and Buy and Hold. I love to travel and I spend a lot of time at the beach or kayaking with my girlfriend. We have 4 big dogs and they keep us well entertained. My hobbies include making youtube videos of my travels, woodworking, gym, or smoking meat on the Traeger. I will be attending BPCON2023, so if anyone else is attending, I look forward to seeing you there.
