Hey everyone. My name is Matthew, and I bought my first rental property January 1st, 2020. My triplex is currently my only investment property, and I'm house hacking atm. I am a Production Partner for the fastest growing lender as of January 2022. NEO Home Loans is revolutionizing the home buying process, and is one of the reasons I moved from my previous employer. We have to all wotk together to think outside of the box to tackle the new struggles that are now a part of finding, evaluating, and financing properties for both investors, and regular home buyers.
