Matthew McGuire

Matthew McGuire grew up in Lisbon Falls and has been licensed with Haggerty Realty since 2017. Son of owner Cheryl Haggerty, he has been familiar with the world of real estate from a young age. Now with over 200 transactions of experience, he is equipped with the skills and know-how of effective marketing, negotiating, and problem solving. On the Landlording front, Matthew grew up watching his mother administer 8 doors in rental properties, a mixture of both short- and long-term rentals. He now owns two single family rentals and is looking to expand in the future. Following high school, Matthew spent a year at a bilingual program in Argentina studying Spanish and Biblical Studies, then continuing to Crandall University in New Brunswick, Canada working towards a degree in Biblical Studies and earning a certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). Matthew lives in nearby Turner, ME with his wife and four boys and enjoys hiking and reading.
