I am project manager/job super for a general contractor, and I am looking to get started into real estate. My main focus are BRRR properties or Fix and Flips. I specialize in residential construction management and estimating with my background coming from Architecture. My goal is to partner with BP members to find and fund deals and get my career rolling in real estate. I currently analyze most deals through the MLS or Craigslist (for off market deals) and BP calculators for financial viability. I can bring design, accurate project estimating, timelines, proper permitting and ordinances, and construction to a deal.
