Hey everyone! I’m just getting started on my real estate investing journey and currently house hacking my first duplex. I’m living in one unit while renting out the other — learning a ton along the way and building a strong foundation for future deals. Right now, I’m focused on mastering the basics — deal analysis, financing strategies (FHA, BRRRR, etc.), and building systems that scale.
