About myself
I am looking to expand my company in some different and unique areas of real estate. I currently own 5 rental units. I am a real estate appraiser and have been since 2007. I also have my own real estate brokerage called Advanced Real Estate Solutions. I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Construction Management. The company that I currently own does real estate appraisals, sales, buy-and holds, property management and creative financing including lease-options, wholesaling, etc.
