Looking for partners! Hi everyone. I'm a brand new wannabe investor in the DMV area. It seems like a tough area here given housing costs, so I'm working to save funds to invest OOS. I'm interested in longer-term rental properties to hold and eventually working my way up to multifamily properties. Finally, once I have a good, solid cash flow and low (or no) debts, I'd love to get into the restaurant business.
