Im an engineer for Nalco water primarily in the Richmond area. I travel to DC and the eastern shore/ Norfolk once a week for work. I have investing experience in both the Traditional stock market and Crypto currencies. I am looking to start Acquiring rental properties within the next 6 months, from what I have seen so far the BRRR strategy intrigues me the most but im open to anything that will have a good ROI.
