I have a full time job but I would like to exchange that for full time REI. I currently work from home so I have more time to do research than most folks which will hopefully help me acquire enough properties to call REI my job! Experience: Currently house hacking in our first duplex while building cash for a down payment on another. We also have a house that we use as an Airbnb. Real Estate Goals: Interested in both SFR and small multi-family properties but most of our interest is in the latter. I hope to have at least 10 properties within 7 years. Currently Seeking: A way to maximize profit and saving during the downtime between acquisitions. I feel like our money isn't working for us while we wait to have enough for our next large down payment.
