Hey Bigger Pockets people I hear this is where I can get good information on real estate. Right now I am a realtor north of Minneapolis Minnesota 15 minutes and am looking to flip a couple houses or so a year as I have experience in being a handyman / landlord. I’ve read tax books and investment books that explain how crazy you would be to not invest in more real estate especially when I have great credit lots of equity and 2 careers. So if you know of a distressed house or just a good deal I’ll make sure you get a finders fee and any questions for me I’d be glad to answer.
