I’m currently focused on learning the fundamentals of real estate investing and building a strong network within the industry. My goal is to become an active investor within the next 3–5 years, with a focus on acquiring cash-flowing rental properties and building long-term wealth. At this stage, I’m looking to connect with people in the space and learn as much as possible by engaging with those who have real-world experience. I value conversations, insights, and perspectives from active investors, and I’m always open to learning from others who are further along in their journey.
