Currently at 14 doors and counting. Each purchase unique in its own way. From a 203k, to a city auction 4 plex, to only communicating with a FSBOer via google translate English to Portuguese for 6 months, to a shortsale tag team with an individual who had nothing to gain but assuring that her fathers home went to the right people. Opportunities exist everywhere, you just need to be open minded, creative and above all patient. Oh, having an extremely supportive wife helps! With out her, id probably still be in the unfinished half of my first duplex.
