Matt Williams

Matt has been a Real Estate Investor for roughly 20 years. Over the years he has done Millions of Dollars in Real Estate transactions including Rehabbing, Private Lending, Wholesaling, Lease Options, Rental Properties, New Construction, Land Development, and much more. Currently, Matt is the owner of Real Estate Investments Northwest, LLC; a real estate investment firm based in Oregon. Besides being a Real Estate Investor, Matt is also a Public Speaker, and for the past 8 years he has spoken to thousands of people on all forms of Real Estate Investing all over the US and Canada, and in the Caribbean too. Before getting involved in Real Estate in 1999, Matt served in the US Army where he was assigned to Counter Narcotics, supporting civilian Law Enforcement Agencies in the area of drug enforcement. Aside from his involvement in Real Estate, Matt continues to be an active Mentor/Coach for Investors (both new and experienced). He is an active golfer, and loves to workout and explore the PNW as an avid hiker. Matt is a single dad with four awesome kids!
