Maureen Wilkerson

I am new to real estate investing. I am currently a self employed kitchen and bath designer in Maryland. My background is in Interior Design. In addition to designing kitchens and bathrooms I help run two construction companies by preparing estimates, contracts and doing the bookkeeping and payroll. I also have my contractors license in the state of Maryland. My boyfriend who is a licensed contractor in Pennsylvania and I are looking to purchase our first investment property in PA. We recently secured a private money lender and are in the process of looking for our first property as well as building our team. Over the years we both have helped several other people with their investment properties and we are very excited to start on our own! We both believe that hard work pays off and aren't afraid of long hours or getting our hands dirty!
