Maurice Brown

I'm extremely new to real estate investing, still in the infant stages, never completed a deal but, looking for knowledge. I've been recently listening to BP podcasts and reading BP material. I've been to a couple real estate investing guru seminars, and read a couple real estate investing books. I once was a licensed real estate agent, but had no success at all. I'm looking to start slowly. Maybe starting with a duplex, renting one side while my family and I occupy the other portion. Hopefully I can apply what I learn from BP to real life and generate some deals. Thanks BiggerPockets for the knowledge you make available for the beginner/newbie investors! It really is a wealth of useful information!
