I have been involved in real estate investing for over 25 years. I'm currently concentrating on wholesaling / flipping 1-4 family units in the following areas in New York State. Lower Westchester County, Rockland, Dutchess and Putnam Counties, as well as Queens, Bronx and Brooklyn. Will also consider deals in North and South Carolina, around Tampa (Pinellas and Hillsborough counties) and South Florida. I also have over 15 years experience as a branch manager in several multi-state licensed mortgage banks providing financing for 1-4 family homes. Also experienced in rehab lending specifically FHA 203K loans.
