I'm an aspiring real estate investor based in Québec, Canada, currently building my knowledge and working toward growing a real estate portfolio. I'm particularly interested in analyzing investment opportunities, understanding property profitability, and finding ways to make smarter investment decisions. I'm also developing Altistate, a real estate investment and portfolio management platform designed to help investors analyze deals, track their properties, and manage their investments more effectively. My goal is to gain practical experience, acquire my first investment properties, and build a scalable, long-term real estate business.
