As co-founder of Trion Properties, I oversee all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and property analysis of value-add multifamily. Since founding Trion Properties in 2005 with partner, Mitch Paskover, we have completed more than $300 million in transactions, with a portfolio of over $315 million in assets, generating an average internal rate of return in excess of 30 percent. Prior to co-founding Trion Properties, I was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap from 2002 through 2006. While at Marcus & Millichap, I managed the sale of several million dollars in real estate throughout the United States, specifically in the multifamily arena, becoming one of the top-ranking brokers in Los Angeles, California. Our approach at Trion is conservative and pragmatic; we don’t overpay for deals and as a consequence we have never lost money any investor money.
