Hi I'm a buy and hold investor wanting to accumulate enough properties to achieve sufficient passive income to accommodate our family's needs. I like the idea of individual condos scattered in different locations to diversify the portfolio. Condos are higher end apartments so higher rents are expected. Individual condos are also low maintenance. Not much happens for the first decade and a half if you buy them new.
