We are working on our 17th house in 10 years, sold our first rental to get the cash to buy, flip, rent, more houses. We have flipped/renovated 14 houses and have 12 rentals. Along with other buys and sells. Now mostly working on passive income for retirement. All the houses have great positive cash flow. Our why, very comfortable passive income in 5 years was achieved. We are also looking to possibly consolidate and move in to Multifamily in the future. If not we have still built a great portfolio and have a large equity position and low debt ratio that gives us a lot of comfort and piece of mind.
