I'm a husband and father first. I'm an avid learner and fan of podcasts and books on tape. Professionally, I'm a licensed CPA in the tax consulting industry with a focus on economic development. I assist clients with Business Incentives and the use of financing mechanisms that better their tax situation and up front capital costs. As a REI, the following markets are of interest to me: Lafayette, LA (Buy-and Holds) and San Antonio, TX (Fix-and-Flips).
