Hi all! My name is Paul McCue. I currently own and self-manage long-term rental properties in upstate New York and Pennsylvania (both places I have lived). My first purchase was a 2-family house-hack that I bought in 2003 before house-hacking was even a thing. That was also before online investor forums existed, and when 100% financing was still available! :-) In addition to long-term rentals, I have dabbled in rehabs, seller-financing, and mortgage notes as well. I continue to study the various niches of real estate investing almost every day. I am open to owning or partnering on residential or commercial deals in a number of geographic locations. I'm also interested in: * purchasing more long-term rentals (LTRs) * shifting management of my LTRs over to professional property management * getting started in short-term rentals (STRs) * learning about and employing more tax-saving strategies
