I got started in real estate so I can pursue the other things I want to do in life, including travel, acting, auto racing, martial arts, music, and avoiding a real job. I am looking to work with like minded individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to stay up to date with the state of the real estate investing market. I want to work with people who are fun to work with and who like what they do. I am fairly new to real estate investing, but I have been learning from some very successful people who really have a handle on how to navigate today's real estate market and how to use today's technology. To me, a career as a real estate investor is about creating the lifestyle you want to live, networking with the kind of people you want to be around, and working on the kind of projects you like to work on. It is an opportunity to learn and expand each day and to have the kind of life experiences you want to have, free from the constraints of time or money or having to work on someone else's schedule.
