Current second year MBA student with a focus on International Business and Data Analytics. I've studied finance in my free time (investing, stocks and bonds, ETFs, real estate, etc.) for four years due to personal interest and my grandfather creating his wealth through buy-and-hold investing in California. My goal is to purchase my first residential property (fourplex) and live in one unit as a start-up. I have strengthened my credit, reduced my debt liability, but have to learn creative financing methods since I don't have access to large cash amounts for down payments. Experience: None at all firsthand, always from word-of-mouth of family, and prior research. Real Estate Goals: I want to include buy-and-hold residential and commercial properties to my portfolio to transition into full-time investing (real estate, stocks, bonds, businesses) and retire within the next 20 years.
