Megan Day

Megan is a commercial real estate attorney by day and a real estate investor by night. She is an attorney with a Cincinnati-based commercial real estate development/design-build company where she advises internally regarding real estate, construction, and general corporate matters. Megan gained personal experience in real estate when she flipped her first home in 2017. She now owns and manages single family and small multi family properties (short and long term rentals) in the Cincinnati area. Real Estate Goals: Megan's personal real estate goal is to invest in small multi family buy and hold properties and build as much passive income as possible. Over time she hopes to scale up in size and work my way into commercial properties.
