I bought my first house hack in March of 2020, completely renovated it and now it is a long term rental. In 2022 I bought my 2nd househack and became an AirBnB host. I'm passionate about helping others learn about real estate and how to make the #'s work in a high cost of living area like Denver. I'm a Colorado girl who grew up in mountains near Durango, CO. After graduating with my B.S. in Psychology in 2014 I left Colorado and moved around the country. I spend my winters sking and my summers hiking and fishing. I am an avid world traveler, and try to visit 3 new countries each year and I love to learn about personal finance and real estate.
