I allowed the license to expire years ago, but my passion for real estate never faded. Through the years, my husband and I have purchased and renovated homes and condos; Some as long term rentals, some as short term rentals. My husband is a red seal journeyman carpenter and started framing houses after his apprenticeship. We both have 20+ years working in the commercial manufactured construction industry with a project management and sales background for me, and site supervisor for my husband. Our careers exposed us to world class architects, designers and general contractors - experiences for which we are grateful. I love bargain shopping of all kinds, especially real estate. We enjoy leaving a property in much better and safer condition than we found it. We design and build to code, as if we or our family members will occupy the property.
