I am a happily married father. We have two little boys at home, one 3.5 years and another 4 months. By day I am a banker and by night I like to enjoy time with my family. Working in corporate world for over 15 years I would want to devote part of my energy into real estate investing. I have good understanding of sales, people, finance, risks and project management from banks for nearly a decade. However, I'm astonished how much money I have made for them :) Based on the ‘Cashflow Quadrant’ book of Robert Kiyosaki, I am in the ‘E’ quadrant trying to move to move to ‘B’ and ‘I’ quadrant.
