Real estate enthusiast who recently moved to Stamford, CT from Philadelphia, PA. I have done a live-in-flip (full gut) of a row-home in South Philadelphia and own and rent out another in Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia. I am currently looking to invest in single-family and/or duplex properties in and around Fairfield County or New Haven County, CT. I work as a Corporate Tax Accountant and have for the past 9 years.
