Hello All, Name is Melissa I am 29 years old went to college graduated. Owe a lot of money to pay back. Don't like the typical punch in and out job. I'm looking to change my career into real estate field here. It's excites me how houses are old and to rehab and flip and see the finished product! And even more to see that profit! I have a one year and a half year old baby boy who is my drive right now!! As you can imagine I want to spend time with him and my family. My parents died at an early age and growing up without parents was and still is hard. So every minute with my child is precious! So I'm looking to do my first flip I could use some more help and guidance along the way! Thank you in advance!!
