Hello there, By trade I am a speech-language pathologist. I fell into investing about three years ago out of necessity. My daughter needed a place to stay closer to her school so we looked into a place that we could rent out rooms to pay for the condo. I knew nothing of the term, house hacking until my encounter with BPs (lol). But I am awfully glad that we made the commitment to purchase. My daughter has since graduated and the condo continues to be a source of income. Since then we have caught the investor bug and have secured six other properties since then. I am very interested in building partnerships with builders to expand our real estate business.
