Melvin Zamora

My name is Melvin, I am 30 years old and I’m ready to get serious about my financial freedom. I have been working in the construction industry since I was 16 years old. I fell in love with the overall aspect of it and never let it go. I love what I do, I love to build and see projects come together and stand back, look at how amazing everything looks when you renovate spaces. Kitchens, bathrooms even making furniture now, if it involves tools I’m there. I always knew I wanted to have my own construction business, now that I’ve had it for a couple of years I’ve come to realize that you never do really become your own boss since you have clients you ultimately work for. That being the case, I’m here looking at flipping homes now, my work and my ideas to put homes together and sell them. But even that now sounds like a cycle, so I found BiggerPockets and here I am, looking to buy multiplexes so I can be financially free and spend time with my family, and essentially set up my kids for the future. I ready and motivated to learn. I am here writing this getting ready to dive into the new book; how to invest in real estate.
