Looking to supplement my retirement income with real estate investments. I currently own rental properties in Michigan and have completed one flip. Experience: Currently own and manage 2 rentals Real Estate Goals: My current goals are to perform flips to generate capital to buy SFR rentals in the near term. I would like to eventually move into MFR's for a long term income stream. Currently Seeking: Flips and wholesale SFR deals in Southeast Michigan Also want to build a buyer list of investor looking for properties in SE Michigan. Always looking for private money sources for this area as well
